If i ate at 11 and then didnt throw up until 9:30 pm, do i count those ones? what about the food i ate at 8 pm? lol sorry this may be really gross.... and thanks :)

I think considering the situation - I wouldn't log any of it.

I'd just log it regardless, I've vommed straight after lunch (after taking a vitamin pill that didn't agree with me) and I still logged it as a complete meal.

Anything that you put in your mouth should be logged in.
Sorry that you got sick, but it comes out eventually the other way.
You have to be accountable for everything you eat or drink so don't forget to add those drinks also.
My daughter thinks it is terrible that I use my extra exercise calories so that I can have a couple of drinks on some nights, but if I want to keep on this lifestyle journey I have to do what I have to do.
    Hope you feel better soon.

I've wondered this same thing... but foods that have been in the body do digest partially. Digestion and absorption of calories start in the mouth when chewing. I'm not sure the calorie percentage because that would depend on the speed in which your body digests food (how long it takes to poop) and the types of food you ate...because some foods break down more in the stomach while others may not completely break down until the small intestine.

I'd log it all and not delete any of it. Vomiting isn't the norm - so just move on and don't worry about it.

    Hope you're feeling better.
