i would suggest adding more fruits and veggies in with your snacks. Also, make sure you're drinking plenty of water and get at least 1200 calories as an absolute minimum.

I personally try to add more protein to breakfast so I am not hungry too quickly. If I do have cereal, I add in berries. I may also add some Greek yogurt for the protein.

Anything specific you want comments about?

I see alot of skipped meals, and a lot of junk foods (fast food, reeses peices, pop etc) in there. You would be amazed at how much food you can eat for the 450 calories that were used on potato chips, and the healthier foods are going to leave you feeling so much better in the long run.

Try adding more veggies and lean meats like broccoli and chicken or salmon. You can't go wrong with that. You could also add some raw nuts like almonds as a snack.

I agree with Amy - more fruits and vegetables. I used to hate them, but the more I added them the more I began to love them, and can not imagine a day without my fruits and veggies.

Also breakfast is very important! It gets your metabolism jump started. Higher protein foods are best to get you started in the right way. I also like the greek yogurt, I like to add a little cereal into it so that it has a crunch to it.

For me I let my lunch be my littlest meal - usually just fruits or veggies. Salads w lite or no dressing. add a little chicken for protein - Tyson has cooked grilled chunk chicken and I just throw a few pieces in.

hope this helps! Good Luck! :)

If aiming for 1500 calories, need to stick to it. Also be more consistant with the water. No meal should be more than 600 calories and to have over 600 calories in snacks is just too much.

Less processed foods, smaller meals with healthy snacks full of protein would greatly help.

Meals should be lean protein, veggies and fruit, greatly limit the carbs and starches ie corn, peas, potatos and pasta.

Snacks should be healthy with protein like greek yogurt, cottage cheese, string cheese, almonds or high protein (17 grams or more) bars.

I also did not see any exercise listed and eating better is the biggest part but exercise completes the package.

Start with some small changes and before you know you will have made over your entire diet and will feel so much better! Same with the exercise, start slow, 5 min if thats all you can do and just keep adding as you can. I started with a 5 min walk and 5 min of chair cardio and it worked along with the diet changes.

You can do, we all believe in you!

    Best of Luck!

Breakfast: Greek yogurt or Cottage Cheese with Fruit or Veggies. Oatmeal or healthy cereal with protein powder added, fruit too goes well.

Lunch: Sandwich or Wrap with whole grain bread or tortilla, low sodium lunch meat with fruit and veggies.

    Super Easy!

FYI!!!! Watch those salads, lettuce does nothing for you and the dressing is full of fat and calories!

    Take Care!

For breakfast, I usually eat 2 hard boiled egg whites or a couple of mini-veggie quiches and a small orange.

Lunch is usually leftovers from last night's dinner (in a smaller portion), a salad with chicken or other lean protein or a tuna sandwich on a multigrain sandwich round.

And I throw in a morning or afternoon snack of cottage cheese and berries or veggies and dip.

It all comes down to portion control and healthy food choices. I'm at the 1200 calorie level, so I try to keep all daytime meals and snacks to about 200 calories, leaving me about 600 calories for dinner. And I had to learn how to cook so I'd stay away from the fast food!

    And drink that water!!

You have to eat breakfast. It is true what they say. It is the most important meal of the day. You wouldn't go to work without any gas in your car. When you skip breakfast, you start your day off by putting your body in starvation mode. That is why most dr.s will tell you not to go more than 4 hours without eating something. What works for me is to have 3 meals and at least 2 snacks.
Sometimes all I can fit in is a protein drink or some fruit and a breakfast bar.
    Hope this helps!
