It's been exactly ONE YEAR since my very first diary entry. I've come a long way.

76 lbs lost.
Working on my last 24 lbs.

What I've learned:
A calorie is a calorie. Count everything.
Invest in a heart rate monitor.
Set fitness goals.
Take progress pics
But most of all - GO FOR IT!!

To all the fatty's just starting out. Imagine where you'll be in 12 months if you just keep on keeping on. :heart:
