Eating less than 1200calories to eating 1200+ calories?

If you only eat when you are hungry, that's great, but try eating more calorie dense foods that fill you up the same, but are contain more (but still healthy) calories.
For example:
- Instead of toast with jelly, have it with a 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- Instead of egg whites, have 1 egg and 1 egg white
- In a smoothie, add some peanut butter, bananas or protein powder
- Top your salads or sandwiches with double the lean meat
- Add avocados to your dishes
- Drink a glass of milk with your meals
- Along with eating an apple, eat a handful of almonds

I just had a look - I noticed that on quite a few days you skipped a meal...is that accurate or did you just not fill them in?
I don't eat breakfast. My little one wake up about 8am and then takes a nap around 10-12, so i nap when he does. i dont get hungry until i wake up from the nap. so i mainly eat brunch, snack, and then eat dinner and then desert.0 -
:happy: Yes, try it u hve nothing to lose...:. i dont eat back tha exercise cals... but i do eat around 1600 cals a day, before exercise.... and i lost 4 pounds this week!!!! It really does work.... Hope this helps..:flowerforyou:0
