calorie difference canada/usa

why the difference in calories between canada and usa? Case in point. McDonalds small vanilla cone. USA 150 Canada's count is 230. I've seen this before on some other food items also. Anyone?

    different sizes... a large somewhere could be a medium where you are. AND different ingredients. the ice cream could be creamier or not as creamy.

    US has the FDA which regulates all of our food catergories - other countries are different from ours.
