Hi guys, my name is Sarah and I'm a 38 yr old mum of two, who put on two stone when I quit smoking in Sept 09 and now faces the middle age spread so am fighting to get shut of 16lbs to stay in my clothes.

I've been reading some of your stories and you are all inspirations, and I hope that everything goes well for all of us, and we reach our goals. Congratulations to us all for what we are achieving, and hello again!
