I am just starting here, and could really use some friends for support. Please fee free to add me. Thank you. I need all the help I can get. My willpower has been horrible lately when it comes to food and exercise. I am not a morning person but want to try getting up early to get the exercise in. Any advice on putting my feet on the floor instead of rolling over?
