mfp suggestions!!

does anyone use mfps suggestions almost exactly for caloric intake & how many calories to burn and whatnot? if so.. what has been your progress? :)

    I read some place women 1200 calories mi. and guys 1350 calories min. to prevent starvation and fatigue and then over eating. for everything else on MFP I tweak. Progress an avg. of 1.5 lbs a week. I eat back most exercise calories not all of them.
