SEG 1636/1638 crosstrainer elliptical trainer - manual requi

Hi all - I've just aqcuired one of these trainers and I'm very pleased with it - but i'm not getting anywhere near full use from it because the seller had misplaced the user manual and the SEG website has no user support section for downloading manuals

If anyone out there has one of these machines and has the manual - I would really really appreciate a copy
