I was wondering how everyone introduced back normal maintenance calories when they were finished losing weight. I am almost at my goal weight. Just about a pound or so away from it. And was wondering how everyone else did it and re-introduced more calories. Thanks guys for the info!!

The closer I got to my goal, every few weeks (2-3) I would add 100-200 more calories. Your body will figure it out. I think different things work for different people...so you might have to just work with your body to see what you need as you move into maintenance mode.
I maintained my goal for 3 months after reaching it but just recently lowered it so i'm back to the grind lol...GOOD LUCK!!! :flowerforyou:0
