I weigh in today at 150.2 Thats a .6 loss.0

I weighed in at 168.2, which is 1.4 down from last week.
Measurements:
Ribs - 31"
Waist - 29.5"
Lovehandles - 36.5"
Hips - 41.75"
Arm - 11.5"
Thigh - 24.75"
Also, my microsoft excel crashed so I don't know if i'll be able to do the progress chart, but if I can get it working again I will for sure get it all together!
Question for the week: What are you looking to try and do better this week?
