I AM UNABLE TO DO ANY EXERCISE DOWN IN MY BACK, ANYONE RECOMMEND HOW TO KEEP ON TRACK

    When your back is out stretching is a nightmare, well for me. I have an MRI scheduled Tuesday for mine. I've had problems with it for 13 years.

    I've found the best thing to do is to exercise. Not to lay or sit down all day. I know you're thinking that is crazy, but it helps mine.

    I walk or use the elliptical but I move really slow. Good luck.
