Word is RUN!! Cuz I started doing that yesterday, well, a slow jog, downhill, but still did about .75 yesterday and about 1 mile today LOL

Back on track for me. I have been bad the last 2 weeks diet/exercise wise. I can use your running/jogging as motivation! Thanks!And wtg, that will certainly burn cal's.
