Hello! I've been wanting to eat healthier for a while now, but keep telling myself that I'll do it tomorrow... which I tell myself every day so it never happens!! I went to the store today and tried on some clothes, and thought to myself that something has to change.. I just want to lose about 20 pounds... which isn't impossible, but I never thought I would get soooo out of shape! I hope this helps keep me accountable on my choices. I want to put on a sun dress and feel good about it dang it!! This is also about making better food choices to feel better inside too. I want to be healthier inside and out.

Hey, I just started going back to school after taking a semester off to reevaluate my life and during that time I decided that It's time to get myself back in order. So, I decided to seriously lose some weight to get back into those cute clothes again and not to be consious about how much weight I have put on during the last year. I would like to go back to looking good at the beach again.0

Maybe that should be one of your Non-Scale Goals (NSVs). You'll see that acronym used a lot on the message boards. But to feel good and confident and beautiful in a sun dress of your choosing. Even if it's no longer summer when that happens. I'm glad that you've decided to make a change, and know that if you need anything at all, I'm here for you!0
