How do you add pictures to these?

You need a site to upload and keep your pictures. Photobucket is a free and common one, that also gives you the codes to post in websites, basically you'll only copy/paste the codes to wherever you want to share your photos. You can't post photos from websites like Facebook or Myspace.

I just posted a new topic and yes, it is like I mentioned before, you replace the IMG with img at the beginning and end of the code.
