Need help quick question

I am using walking video that is 4 miles in 55 minutes and also using hand weights through whole workout how should i log this do not want to be logging wrong thanks for any help

    "Walking, 4.0 mph, very brisk pace" should do it. Leslie sansone :smile: That's 4 miles per hour and you're doing it in 55 minutes.

    skip the hand weights unless they are 20 or 30 pounds they arent helping

    The hand weights are just fine for toning and burning a few more calories cardio wise :smile:

    Most women can't use 20 or 30 pound "hand weights" :wink:
