I went into town today looking for some new clothes - most of my old ones are sooo baggy on me now.
I was a size 24 (UK), but...when I went in the dressing room, I discovered I am now a size 20

I can't believe I dropped 2 dress sizes in 7 weeks

Now if only I can continue doing so well, I might even manage to be a size 16 before my birthday in January  Oh I hope so

Thanks everyone, I was looking in the mirror the other day wondering where I was losing it from, I've lost 4.5 inches over my whole body, but never imagined I'd be buying a size 20 so soon

Walking for an hour a day and never going over 1,470 cals, even when I could really eat more (out of comfort) has obviously worked  Although it was torchure at the time, especially seeing hubby and boys eating chocolates to die for, I just looked at them and saw them for what they are - fat, and something I can easily do without.

But, I could never have done it without the support from MFP !!! :drinker: :flowerforyou:
