BAI vs. BMI

I've always felt that the BMI scale is inaccurate, and many doctors and fitness experts agree. I was so interested when I came across a blurb in a fitness magazine about this new BAI which uses a mathematical equation using your hip to heighth ratio to measure your body fat. Studies are still being conducted to ensure it's accuracy, but I coulden't resist the old google search.

This is a little info about it and a link to a calculator where you can compare your BMI to your BAI.
