Hi, I am learning the ropes with the help of my daughter, kymarai. Would love some new friends to help support me on my journey. I am learning that I have to eat to lose, exercise is anything I do above normal daily activities, and to make wise choices. Please include message with friend request. I am an active retired mother of three, grandmother of 6, great grandmother of 4 (to date-hehe!) :smile:

    start with taking a daily wlk for abvout an hour if youcan. Don;t over do it though and just remember it is a life journey not an overnight deal.

    Thanks, I really need to remember about walking. I always thought it would be great to walk after dinner but maybe it would be best if I walk after breakfast.........thanks.
