It is another day of vacation and I have lost one of the 4 lbs that I have gained? It was so much easier at home where the "choices" were limited but, actually, this is 'real' world where I have to make choices but, REALLY, I would rather make choices than not visit with friends and family. Just have to do a better job but I think I am catching on. :happy:
