In Need of a push

I have been working out solid for a little over a month now. I have lost 6lbs with 74lbs to go. This is the first week I woke up with the dread of exercising. I dont understand as I know it feels great. I tried to pump myself up mentally but I feel defeated today. I did my workout and will continue to push but is this normal?? Any Advise??

Completely normal! I still feel that way some days. I tend to feel that way if I haven't been eating well. Make sure you are giving your body enough rest time. An overworked body is not a happy one
Keep going.....it really does feel awesome when you reach your goals little by little. The fact that you did your workout probably proves that you are changing mentally too

I feel the same way some days, but like you I push through it because I know afterwards I am going to feel so good. The guilt of not doing it is worse than the urge to skip it. Stay strong, you can do it!0
