Hi. my name is Debbie and I started using myfitnesspal just over a week ago and have already lost 8lbs!! Although I still have a long way to go. I have tried other methods of dieting before such as slimming clubs but nothing has motivated me as much as this!!! I love the fact that I can monitor exercise and see how many calories I have used and also the fact that once you log a food all your calories are counted for you. I am going to try really hard to stick to this as I can see a thin me at the end of the road.
