Jillian Michaels - What next?

Well hello!
I've just completed the 30 day shred, round one and am just starting it again. I really like Jillian Michael's style, she really gets me working but I'm not sure that the 30 day shred is enough (even though it's a killer!!!). I've managed to lose 3lbs in total and I'm seeing slightly more definition on my abs. I'm currently 137lb and would like to get to 133lb and want a mega toned stomach!!! But the ultimate goal is to look in shape for my wedding next year....
What exercise DVD would you recommend instead of or along with the 30 day shred?
I do dvds as I don't drive and its difficult to get to the gym / swimmning pool on a regular basis. However I've just managed to persuade my hubby to be to go swimming twice a week!!! So I'll be mixing exercise that way too.
thanks guys for your continued support! x

There's a group here that's cycling between 30DS, Burn Fat Boost Metabolism, and one of her other videos. I've been thinking about adding BFBM to my routine. 30DS is cool, but it's already getting a little stale.
If you're after a tight tummy, maybe grab her 6 week 6 pack video and alternate that with 30DS.0 -
I luv Jillian .Michaels too. Try her 6 week 6 abs workout....there are two levels at approximately 36 min each.0

I was going to say 'Banish fat boost metabolism' too. Thats all cardio though, so I also have 'No more trouble zones' which is mainly strength.
Although I've also just discovered Leslie Sansones walk away the pounds dvds. While they arn't as hard core as Jillian's stuff, but they burn lots of calories. I do her 3 mile walk away the lbs for abs which is 36 mins long and burns approx 600 cals and the 5 mile fat buring one which is 65 mins and burns around 1000 cals (I'm 5ft 9.5 and 159 lbs if that helps)0 -
I like her Ripped in 30 dvd better than 30DS0

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is great!!!!
I just started 30 day shred, but also go Ripped in 30 and No More Trouble zones to switch when I get bored (which is very easy for me).0 -
Thanks guys!
Now to decide between 6 week 6 pack or Ripped in 30..... I want a workout that has cardio in it, do both of these have cardio???0 -
Hi
I just did "no more trouble zones" for the first time and it was bloody hard. I like to think I am fit as well! I would defo rec it although I wanted to stop and give up...0 -
ripped in 30 is like 30ds with the 3-2-1 stuff but there are 4 weeks of it.0
