    Hello my name is Tina and Im 33 years old with a beautiful 3 years old daughter. My heaviest weight was 350 pounds, then I went on adipex for 3 months and lost 50 while on the adipex and after the adipex I went on to lose 67 more pounds. I was working out everyday and eating right and drinking water. I also went to my TOPS group every week. Then I got lazy and gained back about 40 some odd pounds. So here I am wanting to start all over and need all the help and friends I can get. Im counting calories cuz thats what I did before. So Im hoping since I stuck to it before I can do it again.
