One Day At a Time

I just posted this on my home page and thought what the heck I'll write a post.
One thing that has help with other circumstances in my life, is believing in the pharse "ONE DAY AT A TIME." The idea is not to think of how long you will have to be eating right and/or working out (or what ever it is that you are struggling with) but to focus on the present day. Anytime you feel like might slip, tell yourself to hang tough today and you can slip tomorrow, and tell yourself that day in and day out. However dont project about the future, dont worry about tomorrow or next week. Just beat your subconscious by telling yourself you will mess up tomorrow.If your doing it right tomorrow will never come, but don't think about that just the present day task.
