Hi everyone!

So, I was walking around tesco this morning and knew I would be craving biscuits or chocolate etc later on in the morning/afternoon so I was trying to find a healthy snack that I could nibble on and not worry about the fat/sugar contents.

I had no ideas and left with a box of Go Ahead! Strawberry bars :o( It was only when I started to nibble into one that I realised they're full of sugar! oooops!

Whats your favourite snack? Nibbler? I need some ideas? Since i've been watching what im eating - I seem to be hungry more!

I know fruit is a good idea but I only ever pass a tesco/asda through the week and we all know there is nothing worse than eating supermarket fruit :-/ So think ill invest in fruit next time i pass a market but for the time being, please help me!!!

Thanks :o) xoxox

Fiber One 90 Bars and a bottle of water
    Low Fat String cheese
    100 pack pecan sandies cookies
    1/4 c. almonds
    1 T peanut butter

These may all have fat, but they also have protein and fiber, which is good.

is there a Morrisons near you? i love their fruits and they're not badly priced either,
i tend to snack on carrots, rice cakes, fruits, home-made smoothies & thin water crackers

Trail mix. Healthy fat from nuts and seeds and a chewy sugar hit from raisin or other dried fruit. But a small portion because it is quite calorie dense!

Whole grain cracker or pita with laughing cow light cheese wedge.

Special K bar (Chocolate one for when i need to taste chocolate)

Grapes or because they are in season at the moment cherries
Roasted soya beans (for the protein boost)
