Toning Arms..

Anyone have any good exercise suggestions for toning arms... the part of my arm I am most concerned about is that bottom part of your arm just right by your armpit...after losing weight, these seem to develop in to "bat wings" :)

    Look up tricep exercises on any fitness website or online.

    Pushups and more pushups muscle tone and cardio more cardio to burn excess fat. :smile:

    Any workout from Muscle and Fitness: Hers. I am especially fond of the dumbbell renegade pushups, chin ups, military presses. Honestly, any arm workout with considerable weight (Don't use pansy 2-3 lbs weights...I'm up to 20-25 right now.) should do the trick.

    Light weight training with a lot of reps should do the trick. Try tricep extensions, tricep pull downs, skull crushers. Any Bicep workout. Pushups.

    I've just googled deltoid exercises as I *really* want good shoulders and upper arms, but I really need some shape to my shoulders :)
