Toning Arms..

Anyone have any good exercise suggestions for toning arms... the part of my arm I am most concerned about is that bottom part of your arm just right by your armpit...after losing weight, these seem to develop in to "bat wings"

Any workout from Muscle and Fitness: Hers. I am especially fond of the dumbbell renegade pushups, chin ups, military presses. Honestly, any arm workout with considerable weight (Don't use pansy 2-3 lbs weights...I'm up to 20-25 right now.) should do the trick.0

Light weight training with a lot of reps should do the trick. Try tricep extensions, tricep pull downs, skull crushers. Any Bicep workout. Pushups.0

I've just googled deltoid exercises as I *really* want good shoulders and upper arms, but I really need some shape to my shoulders0
