Zumba?

Me and my sister are about to do a 30 minute Zumba workout. I was wondering if anyone else does Zumba and is it helping with your weight loss?

    I used to do it, and LOVED IT..

    Think I will break out the dvd's tonight.

    The first couple of times I attempted it were crucial, but I am dead-set on doing it because they say if you feel the burn then it's working. We're breaking them out right now!

    LOVE ZUMBA!!! I usually do the 20 minute 3 times! I've tried the 55 or 60 minutes ones, and I like the 20 minute better! I don't have a heart rate monitor, so I just log it as high impact aerobics. I alternate between that bike riding and walking. I've done more Zumba this Summer because it is just sooo hot outside!

    i fell in love with zumba probably like 3 months ago & i would definitely say that it has helped my weight loss. i used to be 176 and now i am 157. i do it at the least 2 times a week, sometimes three. :) all of them for 60 minutes. it gets easier. now i don't feel like im gonna die lol

    I started Zumba just under two weeks and I,m addicted. I do the 45 min or 1 hour one and although I come out of the class sweating I really don't feel like I've been doing excersise at all. Good thing is it is logged on here so it tells me you burn nearly 400 cals. I love it so much last week I did a class every day and really missed it at the weekend. Bring on 7 o'clock tonight :-)

    I like the 20 minute workout better also. Maybe because after those 20 minutes I'm usually drenched in sweat and soar all over. Lol. One of these days I will push myself through the longer ones.
