Hello!! MFP-New and looking for a support system

Hi Everyone, I've been lurking at everyones introductions and just found time to finally introudce myself. I'm new to MFP and so far I really like it!! I'm looking for a support system to help with motivation everyday struggles with working out and eating. I have a 10 month old baby so I’m trying to set realistic goals for myself. I’m striving to workout 4 days a week. I’ve been on the hunt for effective workouts in the least amount of time (45-60 minutes). My eating is slowly getting better but it is defiantly a work in progress. So, i'm hoping to make some new MFP friends that can share in my journey.

    Hi! I've been on MFP for a while, but I'm just now getting involved. Have you tried Turbo Jam? It's extremely effective for me and it's fun. It's a kickboxing/cardio workout. The workouts last either 20 minutes or 40 - 45 minutes.
