In my opinion, eating consistently keeps me from eating more (binging) and keeps my metabolism going. I tend to lose more weight when I eat every few hours.

Hi, I eat smaller meals (350-450 cals) and usually eat a couple snacks in the 100 calorie range. I like fruits and nuts, veggies and hummus. Fruit smoothies for after a run. Sometimes I make my own trail mix with pepitas, sunflower seeds, and slivered almonds (just a touch of salt and a little organic maple syrup, bake in the oven).

I hear ya...I fell off that wagon and am too scared to look on the scale and see what number appears....I'm back on track today with you!

Lets eat great and exercise! As far as snacking goes, each day is different. I always try and have healthy snacks available so that I don't get tempted by other things.

I buy a lot of fruit for on the go, apples, pears, bananas and then I also like nuts and cookie type snacks and granola bars. I always get the 100 calorie packs so I don't get crazy.
