Are those really MY upper arms?!?!??!

So yesterday I had a tank top on and as I was shopping I caught a glimpse of myself in one of the mirrors and was grossed out at how out of shape my upper arms are and how much FAT I store in them!! They were never tight and toned but now that I'm 50ish.....it's just out of control. I exercise regularly and I'm not really over weight (140lbs. at 5'7"...would love to loose like 5lbs). I need some killer exercises for reducing fat on my upper arms and of course toning too!?!??!

    You cannot spot reduce fat. However, strength training is vital to an overall healthy appearance because it builds muscle.

    As you build muscle in your arm and reduce overall body fat, your arms will look more defined, which in turn looks much better than just fat hanging off of them.

    Things like pushups are great as you use body weight, or dumbell curls and extensions for your biceps and triceps as well as shoulder exercises.

    try Jillian michaels no more trouble zones. she works the CRAP out of your arms. mine are still shaking. lol :)
