New and looking for support

I have been using this site for about four weeks--- although ont he process of losing weight, I have also gone through a major location shift. Now I live in the "country"/desert away from everyone I called friends. I am looking for support. I am not looking for as much weight as.... looking for becoming healthier... I have been overweight most of my life. Please feel free to talk to me.
