Calorie Difference Without the Salsa?

I was eating the small tray of the lunchables nachos with cheese dip and salsa. The package is listed as 380 for the calories on the whole package. But I never touch the salsa. How much calories should I be counting when I eat this?

Salsa is only like 10 calories a tablespoon. My suggestion is to lay off the lunchables and increase the salsa . . . probably the closest thing to "fresh" in the whole package.
  • I don't like salsa at all though which is why I don't eat it.

Yeah, I recommend you lay off on the lunchables. Real food is SO much better for you. I imagine the sodium is really high because lunchable anything is very processed.

I doesn't make much of a difference, so I would just leave it for a little "wiggle room"
