Quit smoking and weight gain

Just when I was getting comfy, I quit smoking......And it went all downhill from there! Ok, so I'm proud of myself for giving up cigarettes and know I am healthier for it, but I am soooo very frustrated!! 20 flippin lbs in 4 months!!! Not the end of the world I know! So coming back to MFP for help!! Any quitters out there who were able to take the weight back off?
