I'm desperately looking for exercises that are fun and good. I'm temporarily , due to a leg and foot infection, uable to do any exercises that involve walking , pressure on my foot, and swimming. What can I do ?:happy. :happy:

Do some jumping hand stands, jumping jacks on your knees and 100 sit ups to start.

Actually if you can sit and punch the air it is great cardio workout. you can burn over 500 calories just doing that.0 -
move all muscles except for the leg and foot. do a upper dance like swing side to side while watch a song0

You can also do crunches, of course, leg lifts, bicycle crunches or just pedaling while lying down, planks and side planks, and seated free weights...Good luck!0

I agree with the other posts - here are some other ideas:
If you have light weights you could do overhead presses, bicep curls, triceps exercises, rows etc. Using light weights - lots of reps should help get your heart rate up but adding muscle will help you raise your metabolism and burn more.
You could even sit in a chair and just lift your foot to work your thighs.0 -
