Anyone here have ibs and struggle with certain food the pain sometimes is soo bad x

    Fried cultural foods D: OMG I LOVE THEM!!
    Be it (Hispanic/Spanish) an empanada or pastelito from both Caribbean and South American cultures. They're fried flour patties stuffed with either beef, chicken, cheese or a combination of cheese&Guava or meat and potatoes.

    (mainly Spanish) Chorros I think thats what they're called, they're basically fried dough dipped in sugar.. YUM.

    (Indian) Luchi or Luchee *not sure how to write it* its basically fried dough w/ sauce, pakoras which are some kind of veggie covered in flour and batter and dipped in oil.

    (Americanized Chinese) egg rolls, spring rolls I don't think I need to explain lol

    I have these maybe 2 to 3 times a year because I know they're so fattening!
