Hi! I was wondering if anyone else on here has to watch what they do because of their heart.
In 2008 I thought I had the flu, which ended up being a heart condition, and then 3 months after that I'm in the hospital
Having open heart. So, now I have to watch my pulse, cause it already runs fast. I'm trying to walk, and I think
Biking wouldn't b so strenuous. Anybody else in the same situation?

Best bet is to speak with your doctor for his/her advice on what types of exercise and what level of intensity are okay for you.

Yes, please clear any activity with your doctor - I'm sure they can give you some suggestions.0
