Frustrated at having to start all over :)

Hello All,

I'm in desperate need of any tips you can offer diet wise. I have the fitness thing down, I think. Exercise is not an issue, but i'm having a hard time increasing my caloric intake, and I'm getting frustrated, because I believe this caused me to pile on 10 pounds since March.

Having said all that, after finally deciding to actively use my profile, I'm really in awe at the dedication I have seen based on the posts in the message boards...so that makes me really feel like I'm in the right place.

    I don't know what has worked for everyone else,but what has worked for me has been consuming multiple small meals throughout the day. It makes it easier to keep track of all the caloric intake and is an easy way to see if you are on track or if you need to move it up a notch or two....Hope this little passage has helped.
