Help!!

Ok, here's my dilemma. I have lost weight and would still like to lose a little more, but I would really like to start toning. I am looking for suggestions for programs that would both help me tone and lose weight. I have borrowed "INSANITY" from a friend, but I worry if that would be too much for me to just jump into. Would starting insanity put to much strain on me? All suggestions are welcome! Thanks!

  • why not just start with some strength training? You'll be surprized how fast you can see tone especially if you've lost weight already.

    start the insanity program you might surprise yourself on what you can do now

    Both great answers. There's no reason you can't just try doing Insanity, and do as much as you can. If you can't do all of the moves, just do what works.

    Additionally, spend some time doing pushups, crunches, lunges, etc a few times a week. That'll make a huge difference, and without needing a video to tell you what to do. :)
