Automated Coach - This may help with your motivation

Hey - I've been working on building nutrition and exercise habits into my life over the last year. I'd set goals but the motivation to do new things would definitely come-and-go, which meant it never really became a new lifestyle for me. Desperate to make the changes more consistent, I created a so-to-speak automated coach for myself using the web, text messages, etc. They've really helped me improve when I need motivation during day-to-day decisions. Like couch or gym? Ice cream or apple? I call it my automated coach. I'm ready to test them with other people to see if this kind of thing only works for me, or it may have a positive impact on others as well.
