Hello everyone!
Last year I lost 20 lbs in less than two month just by eating right, counting calories using the MFP application and walking on the treadmill 60 minutes a day. It was really great to go to Banana Republic for a pair of new jeans and get size 0 instead of 6!
My weight was 140-145 lbs (going up and down within this range) before I started using MFP and dropped down to 120. However, I felt it was way too low at the point. (I actually started seeing my ribs which I didn't like at all.) I actually had to start eating much again to gain a few pounds.
Now, a year later, I am at 128 and feel like I need to lose some of this weight again. I stopped going to the gym so my 125 lbs of muscles became 128 of fat You know how different that looks...
But I also know that as soon as I kick myself out of bed and start moving again it'll activate the process. Just don't know where to get this magical kick from!
Good luck everyone!

Well sounds like its not the weight as much as it is the fitness level, so I'd say go out and try something new and fun and the rest will follow! Good luck!0
