Whew. I'm new on here too. I enjoy seeing everyone else's subjects-I haven't had time to enter one and read it. This is fun checking out the smilies! :flowerforyou: This looks like a good one.
A couple of months or little better I met a woman and she had lost 20 pounds in 2 months. So, of course, I ask , "How did you do that?" and she told me about my fitnesspal. Being the supercharged overweight middle aged woman I am, when I got home I enrolled-or got my password and user name. And....that was it until yesterday. Yesterday, I came home scrolled down through my old emails and found my email my myfitnesspal. I had forgot what it was called but since it was the only fitness related email-besides my running mag- I get it was easy to recognize:laugh:
And now I am using it and want to get into the habit of using it everyday. My goal is to lose 20 pounds in 2 months also-wait, that's my longterm goal. My present goal is to get through this day and check my bad eating habits-like eating late at night when I should be sleeping.
One exercise goal I am working on is doing 1.5 miles in 20 minutes--that's walking and running. And I'm throwing that in there with increasing my activity level, strengthen my core and what ever else pops up - in my head.
And, if anyone has any exercizes for flabby upper arms that work--I want them. My upper arms are embarrasing most of all.:embarassed: Here's to us and our success!:drinker:

Well stick to it and I am sure you will see the changes. I just started last week and its great to see the calories (bad calories) I eat late at night too! It keeps in check logging my calories.
