I have been stopping and starting but not getting anywhere for about a month. I haven't made any friends on here yet but I need to start as I need the motivation. My weight has crept up on me during the past couple of years. I am 65 years old and have never had a problem with weight before. I taught aerobics for 22 years and was a personal trainer for 12 years. When I stopped working I started gaining. I now need to lose 25-30 lbs and hope to do it by Thanksgiving. I have helped others do this but am having trouble getting ME to do what I say. I am just having so much trouble coming up with my own motivation. HELP!0
