I started almost 2 months ago.. I was going strong by myself but am starting to fall into old habits. Rewarding myself and/or going off track because I have lost some weight. I lost 9 lbs and then just started working less and eating whatever and I have already gained back a pound! ( I will give the excuse that 4th of July holiday did it) I know I need reminders (from wonderful people like you) to keep on track. I have a wonderful husband that reminds me to track what I am doing but is absolutely no support for eating right or exercising. 2 best comments in my house are "are you trying to make me healthy?" and " I'm too tired from working to go for a walk (or any other type of exercise) I am about to hit my big 50 and want to get in the best shape possible. Help!! thanks!!
