Motivation in more ways then one!

So I am happy to tell you all that my FB Weight Loss and Health Group is a huge success with over 420 members it has kept me motivated and I have lost over 40 lbs! The fact is that staying motivated is key to dropping the LBS. and thanks to always having people to talk to and everyone sharing recipes, motivational quotes, pics, and work out suggestions I have been able to drop the LBS and get use to eating right and working out everyday! I would like to thank all MFP members that are a part of my group!

    You truly are an inspiration so thank you ;0).. also what if I do not have a facebook account?? (kinda a silly ?) Hubby and I agreed that no facebook :0/ But if not I will keep up with you on MFP ... take care and keep at it :flowerforyou:
