Hi everyone!

So I know that we're all trying to get healthier, and most of us are trying to get slimmer, but I've always thought it's important to love your body as it is! And so sometimes, when I'm feeling down about myself, I'll think of one or two things that I love about my body. Positive thinking can do wonders :)

So here's what I love about myself:

1. My wrists and ankles are so dainty!
2. My hourglass figure - I love being a bit va-va-voomy :)

I hope it's not too cheesy, but I thought it would be fun to see what other things you guys love about yourselves. Don't be shy!

I agree that we can be critical about ourselves...this is a great way to see what others say but also remind ourselves we have good qualities :drinker:

I think my best quality is my smile
  • My face!! I have a round face and so it makes me look bigger (I think)... anyway I've lost 14lbs and now my face is thin... with no double chin!! So exciting. Sometimes I pass a mirror and see myself and I love it!!

Great idea! (whispers) This is just between us, huh? When I go on a hike and my brown shoulders are glistening in the sun I think "wow" they look like Beyonce's!!

I have really long, thick hair - I love styling it! I also love my eyes - they change from bright green to light grey when I'm not feeling well.
