I dont want to start any bad habits or anything, I just had a question ;) The other night I went out drinking with some friends and had one to many, resulting in me getting sick (about 6 hours after stopping drinking). Its no big deal, I was just wondering if your body then loses calories? Or has your body already used them? Again, its not something I worried about or anything, just an honest to god question because Im curious ;)

if you throw up, you're not going to absorb all the nutrients from the food.

Yeah, I would assume that if you throw up then it's taking the (some/most) calories with it
