Hi everyone! I just signed up for MFP not just to loose weight but to also develope healthier habits. My stepdad recently had his second heart attack and that has really brought home to me that what I do today can have a powerful effect on my later years. In the past year I have lost 30 pounds due to eating healthier but I feel this site will help me to become more aware of what I am doing on a daily basis.
