i have 630 calories left today. 440 were exercise calories. I cannot eat all these. My question...... If I don't use them all today can I save them for Thursday when I go out for cocktails?

Most would say no, but I did read that someone who didn't eat their exercise calories found that they were fine if they had a few drinks. I wouldn't go overboard though!

I don't believe in roll over calories. New day is new calories.

If you know you are going to be having a few drinks, why not work out a little extra tomorrow and earn some extra calories?

I'm gonna be the one to say no. Each day is a separate day

Thanks for your feedback. I am worried about having so many calories left over today, but it's nearly 10pm and I'm not hungry.
I am not planning on pigging out and going crazy, but I don't think I will feel too guilty if I go a little over on Thursday. I will still be working out and eating healthy on Thursday so hopefully I will be ok.
    Martinis are my downfall!!

I have that problem too. I have leftover calories, both exercise and regular, and I'm simply not hungry and it's getting late.

I don't believe MFP is set up so that you can save calories from one day to the next. Whenever I have a huge amount of calories left over I just eat a light meal and let it go. Sometimes I may even do a protein shake and call it a day. That said, as long as I stay away from mixed drinks I'm finding it fairly easy to incorporate 1 or 2 drinks into eating as long as it's not a every day thing.
