Can you do me a favor! Before and afters NEEDED!!!

HI everyone,

I need a huge favor. I currently have a Weight Loss and Healthy Living FB group page and my 400 member need a dose of motivation. If you can, will you post Before and after pics or just share your story with us??? Please... I know that seeing that weight loss is possible will give everyone a boost! you can actually just post the link to your MFP or before and after pics. many of my members are also on myfitnesspal.com!!! join my group and you will be a part of something great. Our group is fun and informative but most importantly lets us know we are not alone in this journey!
